deep commitment to wine culture

Since 1936, DIVO has been selecting exceptional wines that authentically express the unique character of their terroir. These wines originate from family estates committed to sustainability and respectful practices, both in the vineyard and in the cellar. DIVO invites you on a journey of discovery through flavors and with a deep commitment to wine culture. For nearly a century, DIVO's selection process has highlighted exceptional wine regions and contributed to the preservation of indigenous grape varieties by supporting passionate winemakers. Within this impressive range, you will discover wines that consistently reflect the spirit of their appellation.

1936

The first issue of the magazine D.I.V.O., short for Défense et Illustration des Vins d’Origine, was written by Constant Bourquin, a Geneva-based journalist, wine enthusiast, philosopher, and dedicated literary thinker. It is a sincere cry for help for ethical winemakers, as well as a denunciation of the standardization of tastes.
