Famille Chermette

Domaine Famille Chermette in Saint-Vérand, in the Pierres Dorées area of southern Beaujolais, is one of the region’s benchmark estates.

Their grapes are not chaptalised and vinification takes place exclusively with native yeasts.

Beaujolais “Origine Vieilles Vignes”, from old Gamay vines, is aged for six months in large foudres: juicy, fruity, and a pure expression of terroir.

The Saint-Amour “Les Champs Grillés” stands out for its elegance and refinement, with floral notes and a silky structure.

Finally, Moulin-à-Vent “Les Trois Roches” offers power, depth, and ageing potential thanks to its mineral intensity.
