Domaine Henri Boillot

Domaine Henri Boillot, founded in 1885 and based in Meursault, is one of the most respected estates of the Côte de Beaune. The domaine covers around 16 hectares.

Its approach combines tradition and precision: careful work in the vineyard, manual harvesting, and vinification that preserves the purity of the terroir.

The white wines in particular, including Premier Crus and the famous monopole Clos de la Mouchère, stand out for their finesse, balance, and elegance. The red wines show a refined, terroir-driven power.
