Champagne Mailly Grand Cru

Champagne Mailly Grand Cru is a cooperative founded in 1929 in the village of Mailly-Champagne, located on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims. All wines are made from grapes grown in Grand Cru vineyards (approximately 72 hectares with 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay), spread across 35 named plots with rich chalk soils and oriented in all directions.

Over decades, the members excavated a kilometer of chalk cellars for the ageing of their champagnes. Since 2014, they have been working according to sustainability standards and have been recognised with VDC and HVE certifications for their approach.

Their cuvées, including collections such as “Composition Parcellaire”, are refined, terroir-driven, and characterised by elegance.
