Château Moulin Caresse

Château Moulin Caresse has been a family estate in the Périgord since 1749 and today covers around 40 hectares in the Bergerac and Montravel appellations. The estate has been certified organic since 2022 and also holds the HVE3 and Terra Vitis quality labels.

The dry white wines come from limestone- and flint-rich soils, ideal for Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Muscadelle, and Ugni Blanc. An emblematic cuvée is Le Sémillon – Côtes de Montravel, which stands out for aromas of citrus, green apple, and acacia, with an elegant, mineral finish. When enjoyed young, the wine shows its pure freshness and finesse.

Equally emblematic is the “Magie d’Automne Rouge” (Bergerac), made from Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc — structured, elegant, and rich in ripe fruit with subtle oak notes.
