Domaine de Montbourgeau

Domaine de Montbourgeau, in L’Étoile in the Jura, is a family estate that has been run by the Gros–Dériaux family for generations.

The domaine covers around 11 hectares of vineyards planted with Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau, and Poulsard. They work with respect for the soil, in a gradual move towards organic farming, with manual harvesting and pure vinification.

Their range includes typical Jura wines such as Crémant, Vin Jaune, Vin de Paille, Macvin, and expressive Étoile cuvées.

The style is true to terroir, elegant, and mineral, with refined complexity and character.
